Jeff Fisher, Chief Executive Officer

Jeff Fisher, Chief Executive Officer, initially joined Jordan as a result of the acquisition of Healthcare Innovations Private Services (HCIPS) in October 2013. After leading the transition of HCIPS into Jordan and serving as President of Oklahoma Operations, Mr. Fisher moved into the position of Executive Vice President of Growth & Development in January 2015, guiding Jordan’s strategic growth and development initiative resulting in over 20 acquisitions during his tenure leading up to his promotion to CEO in July 2017. Mr. Fisher brings with him over 25 years of experience in the health care field, with much of that in post-acute care, with a broad base of responsibilities expanding into operations, finance, development, and mergers and acquisitions. Through both organic growth and acquisitions, Mr. Fisher contributed to making Healthcare Innovations Private Services the largest provider of Medicaid home healthcare services in Oklahoma, serving all seventy-seven counties in the state.

Mr. Fisher earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.

Chris Rucker, Chief Operating Officer

Chris Rucker joined Jordan Health Services in 2016 as Chief Operating Officer. Chris brings nearly two decades of experience managing distributed health care operations.  Prior to joining Jordan, Chris Rucker held senior level positions at several companies including COO of Healthesystems, an organization that manages the cost and utilization of pharmacy and ancillary medical benefits for workers’ compensation insurance payers, and as President of Clinical Research and Labs at DaVita Healthcare Partners, a $13 Billion, 2,000 location outpatient dialysis organization, where he developed the largest and highest quality End Stage Renal Dialysis (ESRD) bio-repository in world.

Mr. Rucker obtained his Bachelor of Science, Chemistrydegree from Georgia State University. 

Jeff Bonham, Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Bonham joined Jordan Health Services in 2013 as Chief Financial Officer and brings close to 25 years of experience in the health care field. Mr. Bonham’s first venture into the home care and hospice industry dates back twenty-three years, and his most recent experience was as Founding Executive with Advance Healthcare Consulting, LLC, an organizational and financial consulting company focused on assisting post-acute care providers navigate the constantly changing reimbursement and regulatory environments. Prior to founding Advanced Healthcare Consulting, Mr. Bonham was a co-founder of Chicago, IL based Valor Home Health Care, LLC, where he served as CFO from 2008 – 2012. Other experience includes: Chief Financial Officer, Auxi Healthcare, Inc., Lisle, IL; Business Finance Manager MacNeal Hospital Berwyn, IL; Vice President Consulting, Medicare Training & Consulting, Lansing, IL; Administrator of Home Health Care, Williamson County Programs on Aging, Herrin, IL.

Mr. Bonham earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Bradley University and holds an MBA from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Michael Kuhn, Vice President of Hospice

Michael Kuhn, previously the President of Cima Hospice, joined the Jordan Team as Executive Vice President of Market Optimization in January 2015 and transitioned back into hospice as Vice President in 2016.  Mike brings over 30 years of experience in the health care field with a wide range of leadership responsibilities in all areas of hospitals and health systems.  Mr. Kuhn has extensive experience in operational effectiveness, business process design, acquisitions integration and organizational change.  His most recent experience was as Founding Executive of Resource Management Solutions, a consultancy specializing in operational improvements & turnarounds, supply chain optimization and revenue cycle management.  He also has professional experience in real estate development, lodging, software development and manufacturing industries.  Mr. Kuhn sits on the board for Respite Care of San Antonio and is active with the Williams Syndrome Association.

Mr. Kuhn obtained a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Houston, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station, TX.

Les Simmons, Vice President of Human Resources

Les Simmons joined the Jordan Team as Vice President of Human Resources in January 2015. Les brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources Leadership and has lead Human Resources functions on five continents. Mr. Simmons’s broad based experience includes employee relations, labor relations, organizational development, recruiting, compliance, compensation and benefits. His prior experience with Fortune 500 companies includes the roles of Vice President of Human Resources at Tronox in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Senior Human Resources Advisor at Kerr McGee Oil and Gas, Senior Human Resources Manager at Johnson Controls in Norman, Oklahoma, Human Resources Manager at PepsiCo Food Systems in Wichita, Kansas, and also Director of Human Resources at SCCS Home Health and Hospice in Wichita, Kansas.

Mr. Simmons obtained a Bachelor of Science from Wichita State University, and a Bronze Star for Valor as a Captain in the United States Army.

Susan Marberry, Chief Compliance Officer

Susan Marberry joined Jordan Health Services in March 2012, following the Acquisition of SMC Home Health, where she was Co-Owner/CEO and promoted to Jordan Health Services Chief Compliance Officer on October 1, 2012.  Susan has 27 years of experience in Nursing, with over 15 of those years being at the executive level. Prior to joining Jordan, Susan served as CEO / Administrator of SMC Home Health Inc. a CHAP Accredited provider based in Fairfield, Texas, and as CEO / Risk Manager of SMC Health Resources, Manager of Emergency Room & Intensive Care Unit at Trinity Valley Medical Center located in Palestine, Texas. Throughout her career, Susan has also held positions as an Emergency Room Nurse; Intensive Care Nurse; Transport Nurse and several staff nursing positions in Texas.

Mrs. Marberry completed her Nursing Associate Degree & Vocational Nursing at Navarro College, Corsicana, Texas, followed by internships in Risk Management, Pediatrics and Business Law.
