Dallas, TX (January 2, 2017) - Jordan Health Services (“Jordan”) a provider of home health, hospice and pediatric services in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana, has acquired Dallas Hospice, Inc. and Grapevine Mission Hospice, LLC (“Mission Hospice”), an end of life care provider based in Northern Texas. Mission Hospice cares for approximately 185 hospice patients daily.
