Jordan Health Services announced today two key senior managers will be leaving the company.
Gregg Cannady resigned his position as Vice-President, Legal Affairs and General Counsel, effective May 10, 2013.
Lance Cornell resigned his position as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 17, 2013.
“I want to thank Messrs. Cannady and Cornell for their commitment over the past 5 years and 13 years, respectively, to Jordan Health Services. Both of these gentlemen were instrumental in guiding Jordan to significant growth and diversification, helping lead management in the transaction to sell the company in late-2010, and providing sound and steady leadership as the company transitioned under new ownership”, said Dean Holland, Chief Executive Officer of Jordan. “It has been my pleasure to work alongside these two fine gentlemen in furthering Jordan’s position in the home health care landscape throughout Texas. I wish them both the utmost of success in their career endeavors.”
A search will be conducted to find suitable replacements for both executives.
