Mike will also assume direct responsibility for all sales and marketing personnel and functions as part of his new position. Mike will report directly to Scott Herman, CEO.
Jeff Fisher, President of Oklahoma Operations, who joined Jordan Health Services with the acquisition of HCIPS in October 2013, in order to assist with the transition and integration of HCIPS into the Jordan platform, will move to the newly created position of Executive Vice-President of Growth and Development. Jeff’s responsibilities include direct oversight of Jordan’s strategic acquisition initiatives, as well as aligning Jordan’s development as an organization with key legislative initiatives in the states in which the company operates. Jeff will report directly to Scott Herman, CEO.
“This realignment of Jordan reflects the company’s rapid growth and development as not only one of the nation’s largest home care and hospice providers, but a uniquely differentiated post-acute health care provider serving the broad spectrum along a care continuum for our clients”, said Dean Holland, Executive Chairman. “Scott, Mike and Jeff have been instrumental in guiding Jordan over the recent years as we have integrated operations, consolidated into a shared services model for more cost-effective delivery, and expanded Jordan’s care continuum platform, which is now in a 4-state region of the southwestern U.S. With these individuals working together in these key leadership positions, it will be exciting to be part of Jordan’s continuing growth and development as a leader in the home care and hospice industry, as well as the pre-eminent provider of post-acute services in this region.”
Additionally, Stephanie Giust, COO of Cima Hospice, will assume the new title of Vice-President of Hospice Services. Stephanie, along with Dana Hasley, Vice-President of Community Care, Oklahoma, will report directly to Scott Herman, CEO.
