Dallas, TX (December 30, 2016) - Jordan Health Services (“Jordan”) a provider of home health and hospice services in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas, announced multiple acquisitions to open the new year. Jordan made 5 key acquisitions beginning in November with SimCor Home Care, a skilled home care provider in Louisiana, followed by CareCycle Solutions, LLC (“CareCycle”), a Texas based provider of home health serving Texas and Louisiana; Health Sense Home Care and Hospice, Inc. (“Health Sense”), providing both home health and hospice in Austin and San Antonio, Texas; Medistar Home Health, LLC (“Medistar”), a home health care provider in Louisiana; and Dallas Hospice, Inc. and Grapevine Mission Hospice, LLC (“Mission Hospice”), providing hospice services in Cleburne and Grand Prairie, Texas. The combined companies add over 4,000 patients and 1,000 employees to the Jordan platform.
